Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery and false imprisonment, including allegations that he dangled a woman over a 17-story balcony.

The lawsuit, filed by Bryana “Bana” Bongolan in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims the incident happened in September 2016 at the apartment of Diddy's then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Bongolan alleges that Diddy arrived late at night while she was staying there, groped her without consent, and, after she resisted, held her over the balcony railing. She claims she was eventually pulled to safety but says Diddy then slammed her into patio furniture, including a table. Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the accusations, describing them as "baseless." In a statement, his representatives said, “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless. He trusts the judicial process will reveal the truth and demonstrate the claims against him are without merit.”

This lawsuit comes as Diddy remains detained at MDC Brooklyn after his fourth bail request was denied earlier this week. The court cited community safety concerns in its decision. His trial is set for May next year.
