Rapper and fashion designer Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant at a party hosted with Sean "Diddy" Combs, according to shocking new court documents.

Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as West’s personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, claims that years before her employment, West had invited her and her musician client to a party at a music studio co-hosted by West and Diddy, as detailed in the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Pisciotta, an influencer and former OnlyFans erotic model, alleges that at the Santa Monica party, West told guests they had to drink or leave. After taking a few sips, she suddenly felt disoriented and entered a highly impaired state, according to the lawsuit.

The next day, Pisciotta says she couldn’t remember what happened the night before, feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Her musician client, who remains unnamed, was reportedly too traumatized to discuss the events, as stated in the lawsuit. Initially, Pisciotta didn’t recall or suspect that any sexual assault had occurred to her or her client, and was more worried about how she might have embarrassed herself in front of Kanye or her client, the filing notes.

Although Pisciotta believed she had been drugged, she suspected it was the studio assistant or someone else involved in preparing the drinks, according to the court documents.

The lawsuit claims that just before West fired her, he admitted they had "hooked up" after she had been drugged. This confession came during a conversation where West, then 47, was venting about his ex-wife, presumed to be Kim Kardashian, though not explicitly named in the papers. West mentioned that his ex believed Pisciotta was someone he had cheated with, leading Pisciotta to offer to clarify the situation with a text message to the ex. However, West allegedly stopped her, saying, "We did kind of hook up a little one time."

West reportedly laughed after Pisciotta expressed shock, recalling she had no memory of the encounter beyond sitting down at the party, with West allegedly responding, "Women love to say they don’t remember."

These allegations were added to Pisciotta’s ongoing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against Kanye West, which initially accused him of sending her inappropriate messages, sharing sexual fantasies, and sending explicit photos and videos of himself with other women.

Pisciotta also claims that West promised her millions in severance when he fired her in October 2022, which she has yet to receive, along with unpaid wages from her role as his assistant. Additionally, she accuses West of once locking them in a room together and masturbating beside her before falling asleep. West's legal team dismissed her original lawsuit as “baseless,” claiming she has been attempting to blackmail him. Diddy is not accused of any wrongdoing, and as of now, West has not responded to the updated allegations.
